Workout Wednesday: Insanity Max:30 Sweat Intervals This workout is no joke! It left me gasping for air in the warm up and I didnt catch my breath until I was done. There are 30 second breaks every 4:30-5:00 minutes and thats just enough time for me to regroup and push harder for the next interval. The best part about it is Im pushing myself to my max and when I need to stop and rest, I record my time and the next time I do this workout I will try to get further. Im my own competition and I love the challenge! Today #IMAXEDOUT at 13:30. Ill be starting a Max group in January if youre up for the challenge!
