Workout Wednesday!! Kettlebell Windmill! Dont worry its a lot harder than it looks. Stand with your feet shoulders width apart. Hold the KB or Dumbbell over your head. Try to keep your arm straight and elbow locked. Reach with the opposite hand for the top of your foot, trying to keep your knees as straight as possible. Control the movement and keep your core strong. Step out of your comfort zone, thats when change happens ~angie
