Workout Wednesdays: Quick 40-Minute Workout! 1) Lateral Resistance Band Squat (EOTW 8/18/14) 2) One Legged Dips using a bench 3) Side-To-Side BOSU Push-ups (assisted if needed) 4) BOSU Crunches (toes up, heels down) (1 minute) 5) Rear Deltoid Cable Flys 6) Overhead Cable Curls Reps: 20 of each exercise Sets: 2 Cycles: 2 *Only Exercise Timed Rest Period: 30 sec. Average Time to Finish: 40 minutes Directions: Do one set of each exercise, then rest for a period of 30 seconds. After you complete one set, move to the next exercise and repeat. After you have completed one set of each exercise, you have finished one cycle. Complete 2 cycles to accomplish this workout. Happy Lifting! -The GRPT Team
