Workout Wednesday’s: 5 Upper Body Exercises in 30 Minutes! 1) BOSU Ball Kneeling Bicep Curls (EOTW 9/30) 2) Assisted Pull-Ups 3) Mountain Climbers (1 minute)* 4) Standing Barbell Row 5) Seated Shoulder Press on Exercise Ball Reps: 20 of each exercise* Sets: 2 Cycles: 2 Rest Period: 30-45 seconds Average Time To Finish: 30 minutes Directions: Do one set of an exercise, then rest for a period of 30 seconds to 45 seconds. After you complete one set, move to the next exercise and repeat. After you have completed one set of each exercise, you have finished one cycle. Complete 2 cycles to accomplish this workout. Happy Lifting! *only exercise that is timed.
