Workout diary: day 12: I know diary 11 is conspicuously missing, thats because we missed. But coming back today 12 was a great morning! The good news is after only 12 days of working out because in essence thats all its really been I feel stronger, more powerful, more awake, and more accomplished and I have a long time. Honestly for those who have wondered about if they could do a boot camp or if they could start a workout routine the biggest thing to know is you can do it! You might not be running the entire time, or doing the push-ups like everybody else but if you start at your level and work your way up, you will be successful in the end! Im 35 years old Ive been out of shape and overweight for most of my life, its put a strain on my back, my knees and every other part of me. Ive eaten poorly and over portioned (restaurant portions are usually double what you need). I created my own problems so its time for me to create my own solutions. It took me years to get in that position and the shape Im in and so I know it will take me it will take me a while at working out, to overcome it. But Im telling you that none of it would change if I didnt first make the move, to get moving. Yeah its hard yes you will see yes it hurts sometimes, but its worth it. If you cant do five push-ups without getting winded thats fine start with five next week go to eight. When I think back to my weight height of 275 pounds I would not have thought that I would be where I am now. Its been a few years in the making to get here, and believe me Im not staying here long Im going to keep going. Its not easy either its hard work but its worth it I promise you really is! And Im not pedaling a potion, product or pill just get your butt in gear.... Ive had a tremendous number of people who helped me along the way and I couldnt have done by myself so get a good partner, stop making excuses and move!
