Workout of the day: Challenge yourself to do 10 push-ups. On your toes or knees. Do them all at once or just one or two at a time. Starting in a plank position, make sure your back is flat and your butt is neither up in the air or sloping down towards the floor. https://youtube/watch?v=eFOSh8vpd6I Also, lets do 20 squats. Feet hip distance apart. Shoulders are back and down and your chest is up. You are not leaning forward but sitting back like you are going to sit in an imaginary chair. Push your weight through your heels, not your toes. Knees do not go past your toes. Go as deep into that squat as you can control and come out of.
