Workout of the day: Instructions: Warm up 5 to 10 minutes with dynamic stretches. Perform all exercises right after each other, rest for 30-60 seconds between rounds, do 5 rounds. All can be performed using kettlebells or dumbbells. If using a dumbbell you may need to modify a couple of exercises. Cool down 5 to 10 minutes with static stretches, holding each stretch for no less than 20 seconds. 5 rounds for time Alternating KB swings – 20 total KB Single arm push presses – 10 per side KB figure eights – 20 total KB single arm back rows – 10 per side KB windmills – 10 per side
