Workout tip Hydrate properly BEFORE you train. Once the workout has begun, youll be losing water quicker than you can put it back in. 9 times out of 10 when someone feels ill or faint during a workout it is because they havent either eaten or drunk enough pre workout. Not only can this cut a workout short when you keel over, but it also increases the risk or muscle tears and other nasty stuff. Aim for a litre at breakfast and 3-4 litres over the course of the whole day! PD
