Seated rear delt cable flys combined with Trx or any suspension trainer rear delt eccentric flys. This is a great combination. Im a big believer in eccentric stress training. There is 3 types of muscle contractions: Isotonic Isometric Isokinetic Learn them and try it out in your next training program.
