Workshop on national media and current challenges kicks off Oct 01, 2013 Damascus, (SANA)- Information Minister, Omran #al_Zoubi, said that Syria was able to be a great country due to its people , army and leadership and forced the world to listen to Damascus voice. Al-Zoubi added that there is no power in the world can topple #Syria and its people during the workshop on national media and current challenges which was opened in the Damascus-based Dama Rose Hotel on Tuesday. "We have no problem with the national opposition as we agree with it on the homeland, the state and the army, but some agent and non-national oppositions out of Syrian are still betting on the Western and regional intelligences," the Information Minister said. He pointed out that the final option is that Syria will not be yield to the US or any other country as President Bashar al-Assad represents the option of the Syrian people. Journalists and analysts from Iran, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon are participating in the 3-day workshop which was organized by the Information Ministry.
