According to a statement from the Office of the Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister, the meeting, which will be chaired by Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar, the meeting will deal with the Dominican Republic ruling on Haitians. The Caricom Bureau comprises Prime Minister Persad Bissessar, her St Vincent and the Grenadines counterpart, Dr Ralph Gonsalves, and the Haitis President Michel Martelly. The meeting will also be attended by Caricom Secretary General Irwin la Rocque
