World Cup is once in 4 years. And didnt the government initiated the Good Neighbour Day which falls on 13 November of each year? What that kind citizen did was displaying good neighborliness. And did the crowd give trouble? No. It was sharing and people were happy despite sweating it out in the open. These foreigners were pleased just by their looks. In the past, we had free movie screening on the open fields. We were contented. We were happy. We got along well with all our neighbors. And we cooperated.
