World Help will be presenting Children of the World at New Heights on January 11th at 6pm. The choir is made up of incredible children from Uganda, Nepal, the Philippines, and Honduras. We are in need of seven families who would be willing to host two or three children or two children and a female chaperone in their home for two nights. We ask that you provide an air mattress or bed (no sleeping bags or couches) for the children to sleep on and meals while they are with you. For the privacy of the female chaperones, we ask that you provide a separate room, if at all possible, or her own bed. If you would be interested in hosting children, please contact the church office at 601.276.1851. We will have you fill out consent for a Background Check Application that you will need to submit back to us. World Help will be doing the background checks, not the church. So if you already have one on file at the church, please let us know so we can sign off on your paperwork. Having these children and chaperones in your home will be a great blessing as you have the opportunity to get to know them and interact with them on a more personal level.
