World Leaders try as you can to respect grants and donation given out in order to help out the sufferings in your nation ie If given grants for people living with HIV/AIDS please make sure as a leader,the money given do that work without any missing cash and that is why I always encourage everyone to be trustworthy and transparent in any institution of learning but most especially in public institutions and as a leader fight corruption in your government as away forward for development and growth.
