World Series Game Seven tonight. (I share this with the four of you or so out there who follow baseball the way I do.) This has been the strangest series (World Series, League Championship series, etc.) I can recall in that its made it to game seven, but theres only been one close game (KCs 3-2 victory in Game Three). All the others have been blowouts, so there have been few, if any, of the customary late-inning heroics, strategic pitcher changes (though I think this is done way too much in the last several years), and other of the kinds of things one expects in the WS. Thats not to say I have not been enjoying it (and Im watching it as a neutral observer), Just that its been quite different from any other series I can think of. What will tonight bring? I am very excited!
