If your phone is unexpectedly out of service or you have lost your phone, we consider this an emergency. Having trouble with data or MMS for example, is not considered an emergency and will be handled on the next business day. IMPORTANT: Any Customer who renews or upgrades their phone plan directly with Page Plus, H2O, Red Pocket or Simple Mobile is NOT eligible to have their $9.95 activation fee gifted back after 90 days.
