World of Inspiration Faith is believing that everything will work out right even though we dont know how or when. Whatever happens will be the best solution and it will be for the best. Faith is knowing without physical facts or evidence. To a disbeliever, believing (or knowing) without proof seems like a stupid thing. But to the true believer, faith is the driving force of life. The true believer, without physical proof, accepts the Creator, His Angels, His Messengers, and His Book and says I hear and I obey, (S2:285). This is the faith that worked miracles for Musa (Moses) (a.s.) when he took his people out of Israel and parted the red sea. This is the faith that caused Isa (Jesus) (a.s.) to create birds out of clay and breathe the breath of life into them. A true believer must have this faith to get him through his trials and his successes. Having faith in God does not make life easier. But it does put things in perspective: (a). We have someone to rely on!!! (b). All events, as well as their timing, are in His control!!! If we understand that we leave the outcome of events to Him and work on our patience. We work on learning to accept things as they come and give them up as they go. This is faith. This is freedom. A. De Sabra
