In June of 2012, Linda and I went to stay at Dr.Youngs PH Center for 10 days. This particular womans first day was our first day. She was depressed, overweight, fearful and entirely exhausted. She couldnt make it through the first 15 mintues of the 1 hour long exercise program. When we left, we wished her the best, and we were both hoping she would continue to follow this program.
