Worst customer service for the year 2015 in the month of January goes to Cape Union Mart Galo Mall Francistown, Ive been shopping here for years even walked in wearing crocs and old khaki clothing, wanting some Colombia boat shoes that I saw in December, one girl brought them out unfortunately I didnt have a size so I asked the assistant to call their branches in gabs(like other shops do) and find me a size so that I pay here and collect in gaborone, she told me it wasnt possible but she could give me a number to call?! I was like wait a minute are you gonna also give me the the code?! She had no answer so I asked to see the manager and I walked over to her greeted and told her what I was just told all this time shes busy with her HTC and eventually says to me No we dont do that a customer can call and find out for themselves if their other stores have sizes so I asked about codes and she says different sizes have different codes so how do they check sizes with codes...
