Worst hair metal power ballads: 1. Every Rose Has Its Thorn by Poison. Every song they ever did sucks, but this one sucks even more than the others. 2. Love of a Lifetime by Firehouse. This song alone is why they should die in a fire. 3. High Enough by the Damn Yankees. Everything about that band was horrifying. Ted Nugent, Tommy Shaw and the singer from Night Ranger. It really cant get any worse than that, can it? 4. Beth by KISS. The worst popular rock band in the history of the universe. Their hard rock songs were godawful enough, but this song could be used to torture prisoners with. You could change the order of the last three, but Poison has to stay at the top. As Joe Queenan once said of Michael Bolton, its a premeditated act of musical genocide.
