Worst part of having been thru a good chunk of my paralegal schooling and having learned a variety of subject areas within the realm of law so far seems to be the way my brain starts hurting when I see people misstating the law or giving people totally wrong or horrible legal advice or seeing people say things like I hope that guy goes to prison for the rest of his life and in my head I start adding up the max sentence based on the sentencing guidelines for that crime. In he past week just on FB I think Ive explained adverse possession, the importance of naming a guardian in a will, the concept of your trash no longer being yours once it leaves your curtilage, naming a minor as a beneficiary, and if you break someones car window to rescue a dog on a hot day yes you can potentially be charged with vandalism.
