Worth keeping a printed copy.. Most of the times, the Electricity Company people switch off your supply suddenly without inforing and without Permit to Work. The Safety Standards of the Electricity Companies, and the Indian Electricity Act REQUIRE that any switching off operation must be done under a PTW (Permit to Work) AND the effected consumers should be intimated of the estimated duration of outage..
