Worth repeating! Yet Another “Phony Scandal” of the Obama Administration … Dear Raymond, NSA spying, IRS abuses, Benghazi, Operation Fast and Furious, national intelligence leaks, tapping the phones of reporters, Obamacare lies and failures … When it comes to embarrassing scandals, the Obama administration is the gift that keeps on giving. In a recent speech, hot on the heels of the Obamacare rollout debacle, the president said: “No one is madder than me about the fact that the website isnt working as well as it should.” If there’s one thing this president is adept at, besides speechmaking, it’s expressing feigned outrage at his own incompetence. Unfortunately, the president uttered similar expressions of anger at the outset of the Benghazi and IRS-targeting outrages, only to eventually refer to them as “phony scandals” when the facts became politically damaging to him. And, just as happened with Benghazi and the IRS abuses, we now have Obama shill David Axelrod protesting that it’s unfair to criticize the president for his colossal failures because our federal government is so vast that he can’t possibly be responsible for managing it all. That seems to be a wonderful argument for smaller government, something that we’ve been advocating for years. Glad to see that Mr. Axelrod is becoming a more sovereign thinker.
