Would I rather pay a little more for better customer service, or pay less and deal with incompetecy? Comcast fails to show up and after getting transfered three times and practically giving them a DNA sample to verify I am who I am, they tell me the order had been cancelled because Verizon wanted verification in order to transfer my land line over. Then, to make an aggravated person even more incensed, they tell me I shouldnt have gone online because a person in sales would have been better equipped to resolve this problem at the time it happened. Staying with Verizonn - for now.
