Would anyone be interested in going on a weekend boardgaming retreat in the Dales? Wed be looking at a total price of around £22 per person for two nights (arriving Friday night and leaving Sunday) The Lodge sleeps up to 40 people in eight rooms with bunk beds. It has its own kitchen and plenty of downstairs communal rooms with loads of room for gaming. Wed have exclusive use of it - no one would be there but us. It has a bit of a youth hostel vibe to it, but Ive stayed there before and had a great time. Wed need a minimum of 10 people to make it £11 per person per night, but if we had a few less than that we could always pay a bit more to make up the difference (not sure itd be worth it if it were just me and Mushy going however). In my mind Im half thinking we can even open it up a little to families too - having a couple of comunial rooms dedicated to gaming, and the rest to partners and kids and stuff who can go off and do touristy things if they want to. Its all up for discussion however. Ive not got any dates in mind as yet. Might even be into the new year depending on if they are booked up. I just wanted to know if anyone was interested.
