Would anyone have suggestions for me.... I currently work over nights at Cabelas and ever since I started there, I have had several issues sleeping during the day. Mainly because of my insomnia/mind racing and how bright it is during the day of course.... Everything I have taken doesnt work constantly every day. I like my job, mostly....and need to keep it for awhile, so any help would be appreciated...
