Would it be that outrageous a concept to let the Middle East duke it out among themselves & use intelligence to secure our borders? We tried to intervene, we spent billions building schools, roads, training & outfitting their military... But that has all been undone & we lost over 6800 soldiers in the process. People in that region have been trying to kill each other for 1,000s of years. Are we arrogant, slow or just really dumb? I ask because I feel that maybe Im missing something & Im hoping someone can educate me.
