Awesome back and biceps session today at Ripped Gym Basildon with my good friend and the owner of More Than Nutrition, Liam Hench I got a bit carried away and ended up lifting none stop for nearly 3 hours! It was great to see the birthday girl Marzena Tkaczyk and Maxine Cook!
