Would really appreciate some advise, learned fellows. Filing a Constitutional Petition against revocation of title via a gazette notice. The first defendant is undoubtedly the Registrar of Titles. We think the Commissioner of Lands ought to be the second defendant. However, since this office is now defunct:- a) whom should we sue in its place? b) Is the Chairman of the National Land Commission the equivalent under the Act? c) might you have the relevant provisions in the Act? Any assistance highly appreciated!
