Would someone tell WDHN and WTVY that Dothan Police recognized officers for saving lives today. Reporters were present but they covered the landfill and no mention of the officers saving lives. I realize they are REAL MEDIA and RSN is WANTABE media ( sarcastically said ), but saving lives is far more important than garbage. Dothan Officers, thank you! The following officers received metals of commendations Dothan Police Department Life Saving Award was given to -Officers Jack Donald Hunt, II Officer Jason Omar Neal for administering life saving first aid on two different occasions where both victims could have died without their help Dothan Police Department Police Star Medal Awarded to-Officer Jeremy Ted Wallace. For risking his life to safely pull two people from a burning house earlier this year. Dothan Police Department Civilian Exceptional Service Medal Awarded to Mr. George Stokes for his years of volunteering with the Bomb Squad.
