Would the exemption…extend to employers with religiously grounded objections to blood transfusions (Jehovahs Witnesses); antidepressants (Scientologists); medications derived from pigs, including anesthesia, intravenous fluids, and pills coated with gelatin (certain Muslims, Jews, and Hindus); and vaccinations[?]…Not much help there for the lower courts bound by todays decision. This is my biggest problem with this decision. While it separates the employers rights to provide the benefits he desires, it does not seem to support the fundamental necessity for medical care. What is the difference if I start determining what people can buy with their wages?
