Would the exemption…extend to employers with religiously grounded objections to blood transfusions (Jehovahs Witnesses); antidepressants (Scientologists); medications derived from pigs, including anesthesia, intravenous fluids, and pills coated with gelatin (certain Muslims, Jews, and Hindus); and vaccinations[?]…Not much help there for the lower courts bound by todays decision. I cant help but worry about the distance that todays short SCOTUS decision reaches. If you think that this is only about who pays for a womans birth control you are gravely mistaken. This sets the stage for one persons religious beliefs to overrule those of another. This is a scary precedent.
