Would you believe these other peoples critics and evidence about the video? THE HOUSE MAID VIDEO IS FAKE AND ACTED Few days after a video of a maid torturing a little girl at a Naalya a Kampala suburb was released, some people have come out and criticised it to have been fake and acted, to prove their critics, they bring out new evidence hinged on a variety of unanswered questions that suggests that the video of the Ugandan house maid torturing a baby is fake or exaggerated. The evidence suggests that whereas the exact events may have happened, many of the effects have been enhanced by video editing software so as to cause the required sensational reaction from the audience. EVIDENCE ONE: Why Was the Video released Immediately After the KCCA Baby Saga? A day after Baby Ryan was knocked dead by a KCCA Vehicle, the video of the baby suffering at the hands of her nanny was released. And there was instances of the video having been sponsored through Facebook adverts on the first Facebook pages on which it was released. EVIDENCE TWO: There are conflicting Versions of the same story The first version of the story says the father rushed home after watching the video from his place of work. It was at home that he went ahead in anger to beat up the maid who rushed out and reported him to Police. When Police arrived, that’s when Eric Kamanzi, the father of the baby showed them the recording of his CCTV camera and instead it was the maid who ended up being detained. The second version reads; “According to the police spokesperson Fred Enanga, the case was reported by the girl’s father Eric Kamanzi on November 13 at Kiwatule Police Post after he had viewed the footage of CCTV camera installed in the house. The matter was transferred to Kiira Police Division. After the investigations, the maid was charged with torture in Nakawa Magistrate’s Court on Thursday and remanded to Luzira prison.” EVIDENCE THREE: No one gets to hear of the Maid’s Story let alone her Mental Health Again, not a single word from Jolly Tumuhirwe, the 22-year-old housemaid is heard. The Police doesn’t serve us any version of her story. Did she make a statement at Police? What was contained in her statement? If the case is in the interest of the public, so should the statements. EVIDENCE FOUR: Little Is Known About The Parents Until now, the only star parent of this story has been the father of the baby. The mother on the other hand has been in the background and has only been identified as Angela. Yet, even the information about the father is very scanty. No mention is made of his actual place of work. It’s only mentioned that he works with a top NGO in Uganda. EVIDENCE FIVE: Conflicting Dates Of The Video/ Case The earlier versions said the case had been reported to Police months back. The earlier versions also said that the baby had already recovered and that the incident had occurred months back. Newer versions now state that it’s just a few days back when all this happened. Yet the condition of the baby is too stable to make this believable. That just a few days back, the baby peeped at death, yet she’s now in perfect health. Other sections of the public have also reported that they had watched this video as early as last year in January and didn’t even think it was a Ugandan Video. They are thus surprised that it resurfaces a year later just after the Desire Luzinda and the KCCA baby saga. So which team could be behind the leakage? KCCA or Desire Luzinda? EVIDENCE SIX: The Baby In Question If one notices very well, the slaps do not reach the baby. They stop at a certain point then huge volumes of artificially enhanced sounds come in from the camera side. It seems as if the sound of someone clapping their hands was used at the point.. Then moments when the baby is being fed to the moments when she throws up, the video seems cut, then immediately joined. It’s as if the baby swallows some liquid content then moments afterwards she’s told to spit them out by a person on the right hand side, who seems to be the director of this video. Do you realise that the heavy slaps are out of camera, bounce off the kid’s head and sound artificial? If those slaps were hitting the kid, her face would all be swollen, way before she vomits! The cries from the baby are also very questionable. Different cries are heard. The baby doesn’t even show any signs of pain at the slaps. When she’s slapped, she doesn’t touch her cheeks or anything of the sort, and she only lets out a simple cry. Could it be said that she’d been used to this kind of torture? Then the moment when she’s thrown to the floor, if you notice closely, it is not a natural fall. One can realize the moments of editing here where a baby is asked to fall herself to the ground and the maid asked to push her. The maid’s kicks also don’t seem to make real contact with the baby. Rather, sounds are generated to create the effect of body contact between the maid’s feet and the baby’s body. Stepping on the baby’s body could have caused more emptying of the contents in the baby’s stomach, but none of this happens, not even saliva jetting out of the baby’s mouth, not even blood. EVIDENCE SEVEN: The Change of Plates Now this is even more interesting. While feeding the baby, the maid is seen to be using an Orange plate. Then, all of a sudden, without the nanny cam showing what happens to the Orange plate, the maid quickly changes to a Cream Plate. Notice that part very well; it’s so fast a change that no one notices the cut from one scene to the next scene. And when she changes to the creamy white Plate, the moment seems so artificial. Again, does the nanny cam cut out some points? Where did the maid place the orange pla
