Would you guys like to see ( a very short video ) of a view from the balcony of my Apartment? I have half HILL View and half SEA View! ( the Sea isnt very Green or Blue today ) In the piece of land, just next to my Apartment, are some new houses ( 3 Storey Semi-detached ) under construction! There are some temporary wooden sheds in the open field, in front of my Apartment, where the construction workers live, which will be the second phase of the house construction! Meanwhile, its a bit of a sight for sore eyes, at the moment, spoiling the lush greenery in the back drop!!!!!! Cant wait for these damn constructions to finish and be over with.These 3-storey Semi detached houses, will cost around RM500,000 if not more. Thats roughly about UK 100,000 GBP .... as land is getting very scarce in Penang, as its an Island. Properties here in Penang has sky rocketed in the past 10 - 15 years, because of rich foreigners from China, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, UK, ( etc ) buying up properties here.
