Would you like to be rich, powerful, famous, and influential? Are you willing to sacrifice honour, fidelity, integrity, compassion, and love to achieve your dream? If so, let me help you.. Let me tell you of Gaius Marius, seven times roman consul (president), of Marcus Crassus, one time richest person in rome, of Marcus Tullius Cicero, once or twice roman consul, an orator per excellence and immensely influential, of Magnus Pompey, popular, powerful and very famous, of Gaius Julius Caesar, consul, dictator, imperator, combining all the gifts and talents of the others in himself, of Yeshua bin Yosef, dirt poor, powerless like a baby, without influence to save his own life, without fame to obtain respect. Are you still with me? If so, good, for I am about to help you achieve your dream(s) so bear with me. Gaius Marius died lamenting that he did not do all he was capable of, he died rich and powerful, and broken... Marcus Crassus died from the effects of molten gold poured down his throat. He died very rich, internally and externally, a very painful death, and a prisoner of his enemies. His greed got him... Marcus Tullius Cicero, most influential roman, had his head and hands surgically severed from body. His enemies got him, his disloyalty ensured it... Magnus Pompey, rich, popular, influential, and famous, died far away from home at the hands of a mere boy. He was on the run from his enemies...His powerlust and dishonour got him... Gaius Julius Caesar, most prominent of the romans, powerful beyond compare, famous beyond envy, influential enough to create our modern calendar, and so rich, he left an empire to his nephew as an inheritance. He died of multiple stab wounds at the hands of his enemies... Yeshua bin Yosef, dirt poor, infamous, lower than a servant, gentle like a lamb, compassionate beyond belief, loving beyond imagination... He died poor, falsely accused, beaten to a bloody pulp, stabbed in the ribs, nailed to a tree... His love got him killed by those he loved... Are you still with me? If so good.... Of all the men ive mentioned above, I doubt youve heard much about or even know anything about them except for Yeshua bin Yosef aka Jesus the Christ. And my point exactly? It is this... What does it profit a man to gain the world but lose his soul...cheers
