Would you like to do a new move that lets you ditch the weights and push-ups? Give the Diving Dolphin a try! This move works your shoulders, arms, back, and can help increase flexibility in your hamstrings (and who couldnt use that right?). To do this move start in a plank position then press your hips and shoulders up back toward your feet. Hold in this position for 2 to 3 seconds then take a deep breath and as you exhale lower back down to the elbow plank position. While in the elbow plank position your shoulders should hovering somewhere between your elbows and hands. Start with 10 reps in a set and work your way up to 15.
