Would you like to spend 2015 in Europe (Germany and Switzerland)?! Exciting Opportunity for Nanny that loves to travel! Lovely, professional Chicago Family seeks nanny for their growing family, to begin ASAP. Family has a preschooler and newborn. Mother will be on maternity leave through November or December. Schedule to be determined but will be fixed. Six to eight hours daily; 30 to 40 hours a week or so. Occasional evening or weekend day may be needed. Mother works from a home office when not traveling , but both parents travel on business. Additional hours may be needed if one parent is out of town. Highly Competitive salary (client is focused on finding the right nanny) and benefits, including paid sick/personal days; paid vacation; and paid holidays. A contribution to health care insurance is an option. The family will be relocating to Europe (Germany and Switzerland) from June 2015 until the end of 2015, when they will return to Chicago. The ideal applicant will accompany the family to Europe and will continue to work for the family when they return to Chicago. This is not a requirement of the position. Nanny should be educationally focused. A four year degree is essential. Nanny will be responsible providing educational activities and opportunities. Nanny should be physically fit and active and able to keep up with the demands of two high energy children. Nanny should be honest; reliable; forthright; proactive. An excellent command of the English language is required. All responsibilities for the children: feeding; changing; diapering; taking to school and activities, etc. Additionally nanny will be responsible for meal preparation for the children; dishes; sweeping the floors after childrens meals; keeping common areas of the household tidy. No heavy cleaning. Nanny should drive and have a good/safe driving record. Parking for the nannys car is provided.
