Would you please help Joe the Cat..with a vote? In February 2014, Joe was a homeless cat from Sarnia, ON, Canada. He was shot 17 times in the head by 2 men who restrained and terrorized him. He is a holiday miracle because he survived despite losing and eye. He has become a champion in the fight against animal abuse.
