However it will never happen, the Constitution for the united States of America and the Bill of Rights are no longer in effect in their original form or where they conflict with the United Nations Treaty and other international agreements. Citizens of the several States of the Union who were formerly sovereigns (prior to 1872) protected by the common law are now United States citizens and are thus subjects to International Admiralty jurisdiction.
