Woundedness and suffering not offered up are potential open doors for Satan. Dont allow him any source of leverage. Frequently avail yourself of the sacraments, especially the Sacrament of Penance. Give over all of your pain and suffering, all of your hurt and woundedness, all your anxieties and fears, all of your temptations and harassment to God. Surrender your will totally to God. Your fulfillment and happiness is in Him alone. Allow Satans temptations and harassment to work for Gods kingdom, for Gods glory.
