Wow - We had two really good classes last night, am still buzzing on how much effort everyone put in to the class, with the Junior class it has been SO much help to me and the class students to have Claire Gillman and Davy Jones assisting and that we can in smaller groups target particular areas to work-on and i think the standard has lifted because of this - Thanks once again Claire & Davy for your hard work. Senior Class had some new Students Savanah, Ogie & John who all coped really well with the Basic kihon of the class, onto stances, one-step & kata - but were a little grateful i think that i let them have breather whilst the rest of the calss went through remaining kata upto Sanseru - we then tried some Ido Kihon Drills, oh my that did confuse everyone - was also really nice to have Jody in class after such a long gap - hope to see everyone in Class next Wednesday - Mick seitouryukarate
