Wow- ever wonder what the deal is with so many different diets and contradictions out there?? Who is right?! Rather then try to sift through it all to try to decide, try seeing where a diet falls into one of these three categories explained in the article. A must read if you follow a specific diet or are interested in changing your health with food. My favorite part points out that most of the healing/cleansing diets out there provide incredible results, but usually should not be sustained for long periods of time after healing has occurred. Its hard to be confident and move past that healing diet when youve seen such great results and healing, but its ok! Time to move into a maintenance diet :)
