We all know that education is of key importance...........and Bahamas 4-H focus Youth Health Rocks activities promote this awareness..............helping our youth and parents improve their mental and physical health. February is HEART MONTH and many activities begin today at Mall at Marathon 10 a.m. Support your local Heart Associations with Fit & Fun event, Salus Art Project, 50th Annual Heart Ball, GO RED HEART DAY (Dress red and wear a pin), Health Fair and March 1st Annual Fun Run-walk. Help us share the message of the importance of Physical and Mental Health!
