Wow! After seeing the video released by TMZ with Ray Rice knocking out, Janay Palmer, his then fiancée - now his wife, it disgusts me even more. Ray Rice, after knocking her out, was all matter-of-fact about it all too. She was knocked out and he acted as if nothing had happened; he didnt even try to pick her up. At one point, he seemingly tried to nudge her with his leg as if she were some piece of trash. It is crazy. Everyone involved from Rice to the cops, district attorney and the NFL are all to blame for letting all this happen. What I mean is no one did anything to prosecute Rice for what he did and the NFL only gave him two games too. Shame on all of them. Well, at least the NFL admitted, no, more like Goodell, admitted that there was something wrong with the system. There should be no one laying a hand on a woman, period. He shouldve gotten way more than a two game suspension. There should be some laws that are changed to help protect these women that are being abused. Even if Janay Palmer didnt want to press charges the district attorney shouldve went on with prosecuting him. I mean they had the evidence along with his statement. If any of you women are having these kinds of problems please tell someone so that they can help. Telling someone can very well save you your life. What does everyone think? Chime in on this subject.
