Wow! Finally the letter has come - Need to attend the NZ Heart and Lung Transplant Unit to be reviewed by the Cardiac Transplant Clinc. Need to arrive by mid to late afternoon Sunday 21st of September ready for 8am Monday to start numerous tests and appointments. Apparently when we arrive at Hearty towers we get a schedule at this stage they are not sure when we will be coming home probably Thurs/Fri of that week just depends on when they confirm all tests. Nervous and anxious not long now and the next stage of our journey begins!
