Wow!!! First of all, many thanks to Ed Lorah for recommending this doc about the City Of Philadelphia vs MOVE...I have a very tangential and vague connection to the MOVE folks....when they were still in West Philly, previous to my move to Seattle, which means pre 1977, they earned money by washing cars, which seemed weird for a group that were against showering....and washed mine one time, as I was driving to work in Southwest Philly (58th and Thomas)..Later, they lived around 63rd and Market, which wasnt that far from where my wondrous, red headed daughter, Jenny Dear was born.....Anyway....its an amazing documentary about the insanity of true believersand of the Philadelphia power structure and military/police/fire dept infrastructure....On a certain level, they all deserved each other, except for the number of innocent victims that got caught up in the tragedy..Lbd Blkknight...your old hood...Cynthia West....my mom was not a fan of MOVE but even less of a fan of the Philadelphia Police Department....https://youtube/watch?v=-v5ZXAxTGHg
