Wow! First time I have received an update from one of Tims Salem doctors. What a shock...but very happy. Her main message to me was that Tims neurologist will be checking on him daily while he is in rehab. Also they will be checking his med levels daily as well. She said they were looking to start reducing his dilantin very slowly. He is on so much antiseizure meds that make you so tired they are hoping this helps....but doing it slowly and keeping an eye out in him is key. She also told me the pharmicist is very much involved with the team. It is a bit more comforting knowing there are more people involved in not only making him physically better but paying attention to his fragile state. Hes not a normal rehab patient. He still has issues that has to be monitored.
