Wow! I agree that they chose to live there BUT that does NOT mean nobody should help them!! That is like saying whoever lives in town should not have anyone help them in a natural disaster or personal loss!! EVERYONE deserves to get help when needed!! People who live in beautiful places like "mountains" do understand the risks but we should still help as much as possible--they did not choose this flood to occur!!
