Wow.I am so Blessed.I won my first IFBB Physique class at the Central Gauteng Championships.I qualified for S.a Championships in 4 weeks.I need to thank Gary Rom hairdressers for my Beautiful hair.I wannna Thank Katherine from Magic Bikinis for the lovely bikini she made.Thanx to The Dental Spa for my Ice white teeth.Thank you Nico van Wyk for Everything you did to help me get my body in the shape i needed to be to qualify for S.as. I wanna Thank my Hubby,My Best friend and trainer for Everything he did inside the gym and out to be there Every step to help push & motivate me to get to my Dreams.Love you My Man Flex. Tiana Flex
