Wow!! I can not even begin to tell you how hyped and sore I am! With 2 weeks of rehearsal, a GIGANTIC THEATRE, and some of the most talented/hysterical/creative artists you could ever dream of being in the same room with..let alone be onstage with..we have our very first audience tmrw!!! And so begins our journey into HOT TPAC shows! 900 kids early in the A.M. So I am sitting here..all warm from my shower, snuggled up with my favorite zebra plush blanket from Mom #2....low rainbow christmas lights twinkling...favorite incense burning...Frederic Chopin cooing to me....I PRAY FOR SLEEP. I need it so badly. My body, mind and soul needs it. 5 hours..PLEASE. PLEEEEEEEASE (In the style of Roger Rabbit)! Christmas Land ( What I call our environment) is extremely magical. It is rich, and intriguing..even dark and terrifyingly beautiful at times...But Im telling you..What looks fluffy and effortless is NOT! This show is more fast paced and physical than you could ever imagine. It wipes me out in the best way possible. I got so tickled at notes. Almost everybody was dragging and in a zombie state. Like tired to the point to where we could only laugh and drool. HA! I was being spoken to..and I had to fine tune what was being said to me and replay it back to myself. I could not make sense of anything LOL. Like lips were moving, and arms and eyes were engaged towards me..so I knew it was being directed at me...but my ears received nothing...It was so funny...and not. Then I had to keep repeating the note to myself while I was writing...hahahahhaa...because I was writing crazy things too. Like Tiny Tim came out, Tiny Team. I was supposed to write Make sure not to close off, and open up the scene more, but I wrote Make sure not to clothes off, and open up the seams more bitter. LAWD..GOODNIGHT! xoxoxoxooxox
